SKALARA e-learning brings leadership knowledge to where leaders are: compact, practical online courses on leadership & AI, teams and change. Developed by a Springer author and university lecturer.
For leaders who want to develop themselves, and for organisations that want to give many leaders a shared level of knowledge at the same time, for example, as preparation for or deepening of an in-person programme (blended learning).
Who are the courses for?
Not every development need requires a workshop day. My e-learning courses condense the content of my programmes, teaching and books into courses you and your leaders complete at your own pace - bookable individually or as a licence for your organisation.
