When is executive coaching worthwhile?
We start with a free intro call (30 minutes, online): does the chemistry fit, does the topic fit? If you wish, a LINC personality assessment follows as a data-based starting point. The coaching itself typically runs over 6 to 10 sessions of 60–90 minutes online or in Vienna, in German or English. Between sessions you work with concrete transfer tasks; at the end we take stock together.
The LINC Personality Profiler is a scientifically validated personality assessment based on the Big Five. In coaching I use it as a starting point: it makes strengths, motives and development areas visible before we work on them — diagnosis before intervention.
